Built around the Texas Instruments AM625x applications processor, this platform combines up to four 1.4 GHz Arm Cortex-A53 processors with a 400 MHz Cortex-M4 MCU, delivering scalable, efficient processing for demanding edge applications.

The PoE powered device reference design demonstrates IEEE 802.3at 13W power delivery and 10/100 Ethernet communication using low cost standard cabling. The design can read 4 RTD temperature sensors and control 4 Triac’s connected to resistive headers. The PCB is isolated into 3 areas. First is the PoE section isolated from the digital section via 48V to 5V transformer. The digital section is isolated from the Triac high voltage section using opt isolators.
