Built around the STMicroelectronics STM32MP2 applications processor with chip-down Wi-Fi and Bluetooth powered by the IW610, this solution combines high-performance processing with integrated wireless connectivity for intelligent edge applications.

The CARGT OSM-STM32MP2 is an OSM Size-L compliant System on Module powered by ST's STM32MP25x.
At the core of the module, the STM32MP25x pairs a dual-core Cortex-A35 clocked to 1.5GHz with a 400MHz Cortex-M33 for real-time workloads, and adds a dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) delivering up to 1.35 TOPS to handle AI/ML inference on-device. Imaging is served by an on-chip ISP behind a MIPI CSI-2 camera interface, backed by a 3D GPU supporting OpenGL ES, Vulkan and OpenCL, plus hardware H.264 encode and decode. On the wireless side, an NXP IW610 tri-radio brings certified 1x1 dual-band WiFi 6 (802.11a/b/g/n/ax) together with a narrowband radio configurable for Bluetooth LE 5.4 or 802.15.4 — covering Thread, Zigbee and Matter — with dual-antenna support for simultaneous WiFi and narrowband operation. Wired I/O covers dual GbE with IEEE1588, USB3, CAN-FD, PCIe, and display outputs spanning MIPI DSI and LVDS.
As an OSM Size-L module, the CARGT OSM-STM32MP2 conforms to the SGET Open Standard Module specification, providing a defined, solderable LGA footprint and a documented migration path across compliant modules without carrier board redesign.
