Product Overview

Built around the NXP i.MX95, with up to six Cortex-A55 cores at up to 2.0 GHz, a Cortex-M7 at 800 MHz for real-time control, and a Cortex-M33 at 333 MHz for safety and system management, the OSM-IMX95 System on Module is designed for demanding vision and edge-AI applications. An eIQ Neutron NPU, Arm Mali-G310 GPU, integrated image signal processor, and 4K video codec are paired with EdgeLock secure enclave security. The module exposes a broad interface set: dual MIPI-CSI camera inputs, MIPI-DSI and LVDS display, multi-port Gigabit Ethernet with TSN, CAN FD, PCIe, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0, audio in and out, and ADC.
