Powered by the NXP i.MX 93 applications processor, this platform combines up to two 1.7 GHz Arm Cortex-A55 processors with a 250 MHz Cortex-M33 MCU and an Arm Ethos-U65 microNPU, delivering efficient processing and intelligent edge performance.

Product Overview

Built around the NXP i.MX93 — a dual-core Cortex-A55 running at up to 1.7 GHz and a 250 MHz Cortex-M33 for real-time tasks — the OSM-IMX93 System on Module pairs an on-board AI/ML acceleration engine with NXP's Energy Flex architecture for efficient, power-aware processing. The module exposes a broad interface set: camera inputs, dual CAN bus, dual Gigabit Ethernet, audio in and out, ADC, two USB 2.0 ports, an LVDS display interface and a MIPI-DSI interface.
