Built around the NXP i.MX 91 applications processor with chip-down Wi-Fi and Bluetooth powered by the IW612, this solution delivers integrated, efficient connectivity for intelligent edge applications.

Built around the NXP i.MX91, a single-core Arm Cortex-A55 running at up to 1.4 GHz, the SODIMM-IMX91 System on Module delivers a cost-optimized, power-efficient Linux platform with EdgeLock secure enclave for built-in security. Dual on-module Gigabit Ethernet PHYs (one port with TSN support) let carrier boards connect straight to magnetics, which simplifies carrier design. The module also exposes a parallel camera input, dual CAN FD, audio in and out, ADC, two USB 2.0 ports, and a parallel RGB display interface, all through a standard SO-DIMM edge connector.
