Product Overview

Built around the NXP i.MX93 — a dual-core Cortex-A55 running at up to 1.7 GHz and a 250 MHz Cortex-M33 for real-time tasks — the OSM-IMX93 System on Module pairs an on-board AI/ML acceleration engine with NXP's Energy Flex architecture for efficient, power-aware processing. The module exposes a broad interface set: camera inputs, dual CAN bus, dual Gigabit Ethernet, audio in and out, ADC, two USB 2.0 ports, an LVDS display interface, and certified dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (802.11 ax/ac/a/b/g/n), with Bluetooth/BLE 5.4 and 802.15.4
